To make this happen, we need people who take ownership, think ahead, and keep things moving.

As an Office Manager, you are a key interface between Engineering, Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics. You make sure customer inquiries turn into targeted quotations, order processes run smoothly, and our products reach customers reliably and with the correct documentation.

Your mission at TagOn

Keep Sales & Customer Operations moving

You support customers, work closely with our field sales team, and handle enquiries, quotations, and orders professionally.

Connect the dots

You are the interface between development, sales, purchasing, and production – bringing information together and ensuring everyone knows what happens next.

Own the order flow

You prepare order confirmations, delivery notes, and shipping documents, coordinate delivery dates, and maintain an overview of ongoing orders.

Keep logistics moving

You coordinate warehouse operations, inventory and shipping to ensure smooth and reliable delivery processes.

Handle customs & international shipping

You manage customs declarations and export processes, including all required shipping and customs documentation.

Shape our digital future

You play a central role in introducing a modern ERP system and contribute ideas on how automation and AI can improve our performance.

Improve how TagOn works

You ensure processes run reliably and identify opportunities for improvement early on – so everyone on the team can focus on what matters most.

What you bring to the table

• Degree in a technical or business-related field – or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales operations, order management, warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, inventory management, or a similar cross-functional role
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Clear communication with customers, logistics partners, and colleagues
• You think ahead, take initiative, and do not wait for others to provide solutions
• Interest in modern systems such as ERP, automation, and AI
• Ideally, experience in customs clearance, export processes, and international shipping – if not, you can learn it with us
