Continuous operation without downtime – even during label changes or maintenance.
Solution
Two IXOR labeling heads operating redundantly ensure uninterrupted production. When one unit runs out of material, the other takes over automatically. The SLIDE pull-out system provides easy access to both units for material changes and maintenance – without stopping the production line.
FORM-FILL-SEAL LABELING
Challenge
Precise label application at high production speeds – despite limited installation space and the specific geometry of the flow-wrapping system.
Solution
An IXOR labeling unit operates in synchronization with the film feed of the form-fill-seal machine. The externally positioned unwinder enables a particularly low-profile design. A custom-built frame ensures optimal integration. For precise label positioning, the labeling unit can be moved across the direction of travel. A pivoting wipe-down roller makes it easier to thread the label web.
TRANSVERSE

Challenge
Precise label application where installation space around the conveyor is extremely limited – particularly with very wide or short labels and when long roll runtimes are required.
Solution
A compact transverse peel-off unit allows the IXOR labeling head to be positioned outside the product area. Only the slim peel-off plate is located directly at the conveyor. By rotating the labels on the liner, more labels fit onto each roll. The labels are peeled off transversely and applied precisely to the product.
