These are data by which you can be identified. We explain in this privacy policy what data we capture, by what means and for what purposes. How to revoke agreement on data processing
Many operations of data processing require your explicit agreement. You can revoke a given agreement at any time. An informal email is sufficient. Your revocation does not affect the legality of data having been processed so far.
Disagreement on data collected for specific cases and direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data are processed based on GDPR Art. 6, sections 1e or f, you have the right to disagree on personal data processing at any time for reasons emerging from your particular situation. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. For the respective legal basis on which processing is based, see this privacy policy. If you disagree, we will further process personal data only if we can prove legitimate reasons which exceed your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exerting or defending legal claims (disagreement according to GDPR Art. 21, section 1).
If your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to disagree at any time. If associated with such direct marketing, this also applies to profiling. In case of disagreement, your personal data will subsequently no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes (disagreement according to GDPR Art. 21, section 2).
Appealment to the competent supervisory authority
In the event of data protection being violated, the party concerned has the right to complaint to the competent supervisory authority. SSL / TLS encryption
This site uses SSL / TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect confidential information send to us as the site operator, such as orders or requests. Encrypted connections can be identified by the address line of the browser changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If using SSL / TLS encryption, data transmitted to us cannot be read by third parties.
Information, blocking, deletion
Within the framework of applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to be preserved information for free on stored personal data, their origins and recipients. Disagreement on advertising emails
The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation to provide advertising and information materials not expressly requested is hereby prohibited. 2. Data collected on our website
Server log files
The provider of these pages collects and stores information in so-called server log files, transmitted by your browser automatically. These are:

These data are not mixed with other data sources. The basis for such data processing is GDPR Art. 6, section 1b, permitting data being processed for contractual fulfillment or measures preceding a contract.
Contact form
Data transmitted in inquiries via the contact form, including the contact data provided, are stored by us for purposes of processing the inquiry and follow-up questions. We do not pass forward these data without your agreement.
Processing of data provided in the contact form therefore exclusively requires your agreement (GDPR Art. 6, section 1a). You can revoke this agreement at any time. An informal email is sufficient. Data processing operations handled until the revocation remain unaffected. We will store data provided in the contact form until you request for deletion, revoke your agreement, or purposes for storing the data no longer apply (e.g. requests processed comprehensively). Mandatory legal regulations, in particular storage periods, remain unaffected.
3. Analytical tools and promotion
Matomo
This website embeds Matomo, an open source web analytics service. Instead of "cookies", we rely on "device fingerprinting". This enables website analysis without processing personal data. Information on the use of this website is stored on our server. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
The website operator has a legitimate interest based on GDPR Art. 6, section 1f, in analyzing user behavior anonymously, in order to optimize web offerings and promotion. Information on the use of this website will not be passed forward to third parties.
You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.
